Delivery to Namibia: the price you see is the price you pay

Products available to buy online from MDNAM include standard delivery to Namibia and the import costs in their displayed prices. There is no extra delivery charge at checkout and no minimum order value for these delivered-price products.

Your order ships from South Africa. MDNAM arranges freight and import handling and pays the applicable import charges, including import VAT, on your behalf. You will not be asked to pay a separate import or courier bill for an agreed delivered-price order.

Your destination and delivery arrangements

Standard delivery is to a courier-served street address in Namibia. For farms, remote locations or destinations requiring special access, contact MDNAM before payment so we can confirm door delivery or an agreed depot collection. We will confirm any quote-only delivery arrangement and its full price before you pay. We will not add a surprise charge after accepting payment.

Dispatch, paperwork and timing

We confirm stock, delivery arrangements and an estimated delivery time with you before payment. Timing depends on dispatch, completed import paperwork and the destination. We may need a signed clearing instruction or recipient tax-registration information. MDNAM guides you through the required paperwork; there is no blanket seven-day guarantee.

Accessories, bundles and special orders

Products with an Add to cart button are offered at their displayed delivered prices. Enquiry-only products, bulky tools and special orders receive a final all-inclusive quote. Accessories combined with a detector can share shipment costs; ask MDNAM for a delivered bundle quote.
